Our Emeralds had the best time diving into autumn fun!

The children headed out with their buckets to hunt for crunchy leaves, shiny conkers and long sticks before bringing their treasures back inside.

Back in the room, things got messy with an autumn painting activity - using the very leaves and sticks they’d collected to make creative prints and patterns. 🎨

There was plenty of laughter too, as the children explored the textures of the paint with their hands, playfully painting their peers (and even grownups!) which had everyone giggling.

This activity also links to our new curriculum focus on art - Gain Creative Confidence - encouraging children to experiment with different materials to make colourful art pieces.

A wonderful way to celebrate the season and explore the magic of autumn together. 🍁
