Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Jubilee Jets. Please take a moment to read our booking terms and conditions before making your booking.

1. Session Times and Fees

Our daily rate is £42.95 per child.


Our standard session runs from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Drop-off is available until 9:00am, and pick-up is from 4:30pm onwards.


Please note that the daily fee remains the same regardless of your child's drop-off or pick-up time.


If you require drop-off or collection outside of these times, this may be possible with prior notice. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

2. Meals and Snacks

The daily fee includes all meals and snacks throughout the day, including:

  • Morning snack

  • Lunch

  • Afternoon tea

  • Occasional treats

  • Creations from baking and cooking activities

 

There is no need to send your child with food.


If you prefer to provide a packed lunch, please ensure it is packed with a cool pack, as we are unable to refrigerate or heat food.


To help keep all children safe, please do not include any foods containing nuts, including products such as pesto or chocolate spreads (e.g. Nutella).

Morning Snack

Morning snack is served at approximately 10:00am.
 

Examples of snacks include:

  • Watermelon

  • Cucumber

  • Cheese sticks

  • Popcorn

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is served at approximately 4:00pm.
 

Examples of tea-time foods include:

  • A selection of sandwiches

  • Crisps

  • Yoghurts

  • Desserts

3. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
 

Payments can be made via:

  • Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)

  • Childcare vouchers

  • Bank transfer

Our bank details are provided on your invoice.


Full payment must be received before your child's scheduled attendance. Unfortunately, if payment has not been received, we may be unable to admit your child.

4. Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)

If you are paying through Tax-Free Childcare, please make your payment via Jubilee Gems Nursery using reference EY449377.

5. Registering More Than One Child

If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate registration form for each child. This helps us understand and support each child's individual needs.

6. Social Media and Photography Consent

If you give your consent, you are allowing our marketing team to take photographs and videos of your child.


These images and videos may be used on Jubilee Daycare's Instagram, Facebook and website. They may also be used in printed and digital marketing materials, displayed within our nurseries, and included in collaborations with third parties, where they may also appear on those organisations' channels.


You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Please note that images or videos already published may not always be possible to remove from printed materials or third-party content.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Once a booking has been confirmed, sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be changed or cancelled.


Please note that children collected between 6:00pm and 6:15pm will incur an additional fee of £15.00, with a further £10.00 charge for every 15 minutes thereafter, as our staff cannot remain on-site after hours.
