Booking Terms and Conditions

• Our daily rate is £42.95, and session times are from 8am to 6pm. This is fixed. Drop-off is available until 9am, and pick-up starts from 4:30pm. Please note, the price remains the same regardless of drop-off or pick-up times.

• The rate includes all meals throughout the day, including snacks, lunch, tea, occasional treats, and creations from baking or cooking activities. Therefore, there is no need to send your child in with food. If you choose to provide a packed lunch, please ensure you tick the appropriate box on the meal choices form. You must provide a packed lunch for all days your child attends Jubilee Jets, as alternating between packed lunches and hot meals is not permitted. Please also include cool packs as we are unable to refrigerate or heat food. Please do not send any food that may contain nuts (including pestos and spreads like Nutella).

• Snack examples: Watermelon, cucumber, cheese sticks, popcorn.
  Snack is served around 10am.

• Tea-time meal examples: A selection of sandwiches, crisps, yoghurts/puddings.
  Tea is served around 4pm.

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. To pay in full, please use our online booking system to complete your payment via card. If you are paying via tax-free childcare, please select "Pay via Tax-Free childcare" at checkout and pay via the government website. All payments must be received before your child's attendance, or they may be turned away at entry.

• Tax-free Childcare Payments: Go onto your tax-free childcare account and pay via 'Jubilee Gems Nursery' - EY449377

• If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate registration form for each. This helps us recognise and support each child’s individual needs.

• Social Media Consent: By giving your consent, you allow our marketing team to capture photos and videos of your child. These may be shared on Jubilee Daycare’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or website, as well as on The Little Play Lounge’s social media platforms. They may also be used in digital or print advertising, displayed within the nurseries, and included in third-party collaborations that may feature on their channels.

• Important: Once booked, sessions are non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be cancelled
