Booking Terms and Conditions

• Our daily rate is £42.95, and session times are from 8am to 6pm. This is fixed. Drop-off is available until 9am, and pick-up starts from 4:30pm. Please note, the price remains the same regardless of drop-off or pick-up times.

• The rate includes all meals throughout the day, including snacks, lunch, tea, occasional treats, and creations from baking or cooking activities. Therefore, there is no need to send your child in with food. If you choose to provide a packed lunch, please ensure you tick the appropriate box on the meal choices form. You must provide a packed lunch for all days your child attends Jubilee Jets, as alternating between packed lunches and hot meals is not permitted. Please also include cool packs as we are unable to refrigerate or heat food. Please do not send any food that may contain nuts (including pestos and spreads like Nutella).

• Snack examples: Watermelon, cucumber, cheese sticks, popcorn.
  Snack is served around 10am.

• Tea-time meal examples: A selection of sandwiches, crisps, yoghurts/puddings.
  Tea is served around 4pm.

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. To pay in full, please use our online booking system to complete your payment via card. If you are paying via tax-free childcare, please select "Pay via Tax-Free childcare" at checkout and pay via the government website. All payments must be received before your child's attendance, or they may be turned away at entry.

• Tax-free Childcare Payments: Go onto your tax-free childcare account and pay via 'Jubilee Gems Nursery' - EY449377

• For multiple children, please complete separate checkouts to ensure each child’s booking form is individual, allowing us to identify and cater to their specific needs.

• For multiple days at Jets, add these separately to your cart - your booking form details will apply automatically to all the dates you add to your cart. Checkout once complete and repeat for a second child if necessary.

• Social Media Consent: By consenting to social media use, you agree to allow our marketing team to take photos and videos of your child. These may be used on Jubilee Daycare’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, our website, The Little Play Lounge’s social media, digital and print advertising, and displayed around the nurseries.

• Important: Once booked, sessions are non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be cancelled
